We are a family run agency. We have been managing and selling Real Estate for over 20 years.

Our team approach ensures that your dedicated property manager focuses on the most important aspects of your property, with the full support of a group of experts. You will have our director, administrators and marketing team here to assist you as needed.

What we offer

  • A complete Property Management Data Programme in "Palace Liquid" which enables us to access multiple reports to facilitate an easy accounting system.
  • Thorough vetting of prospective tenants where the final choice can be up to you if you choose to be involved.
  • We pay you on the first business day after mid-month and the first business day after the end of the month which enables you to calculate the dates for your mortgage/rate repayments.
  • We take care of the Watercare Accounts directly with Watercare and the tenant billing for usage.
  • All maintenance issues are firstly discussed with you then are booked with our team of professional contractors -this service does not incur any extra charges on top of the contractor's invoice.
  • Your property is advertised on multiple websites and in our office which is in a prime location. All photos are taken with care and presented professionally to make your property stand out from the crowd to achieve the best return possible.
  • Our Business owner Greer, our Accounts and Office Manager, Genette, and our Receptionist and Business Systems Manager Olivia are on board to offer you a competent and professional service.

What's included in our fee's

  • Advertising your property on multiple websites:
  • New tenant viewings, applications, reference and credit checks, completing all
    new paperwork and initial inspection.
  • Liaising with owners on prospective new tenants and any helpful feedback.
  • Vetting new tenants
  • Rental Reviews yearly and Property Appraisals whenever required.
  • Market advice and updates, including on all new compliance laws.
  • Accountant friendly End-of-Year Statements and monthly statements.
  • Mid-month and End-of-Month Disbursements.
  • Quality photos taken when advertising for new tenants.
  • In house advertising, rental lists and social channels.
  • All other sundry expenses and fees that are charged by some other companies.
  • Any Tribunal or debt enforcement issues in the unlikely event that they occur.

She has worked in several offices in the wider Auckland area which allows her to draw on a large range of extra experience and contacts.

Prior to entering the Real Estate Business she was involved in the building industry as a construction manager, a plumbing representative and a contractor in the decorating and renovating business. This previous building based knowledge has been an invaluable asset to her Real Estate Profession, combined with her outgoing friendly personality, people skills and honest and professional approach.

She has a creative flair and her hobby marketed as "Roxanne's Revivals" has her creating original upcycled vintage and Retro furniture which are on display every so often at the Matakana Weekend Markets.

You can be assured that your best interests and wishes will be considered as paramount while looking after your rental investment and as she is a licensed real estate salesperson, her knowledge and expertise will give you the extra assurance you are looking for.

Roxanne Harrison

With over 15-years' experience in all areas of Real Estate and a background in Business Accounting and Marketing, it's fair to say that Greer knows a thing or two about the industry. She boasts an array of skills: office admin, management, property investing, sector knowledge and of course, marketing and sales consultancy! This impressive range of experiences has equipped Greer with a rich perspective when considering Real Estate.

Her passion for Real Estate seeps from her professional experience into her personal life too! Greer has purchased: and sold, multiple properties. From being involved in the landscaping, design, renovations, staging and permits: you could easily imagine her as a contestant on 'The Block'! It's likely no surprise to read that she's currently thriving off her most recent renovation project - her own family home!

These skills, and ability to see the end product, have jumped from the property to the court, with Greer supporting and coaching her daughter's netball team. She's more than a coach: Greer's own enthusiasm for sport means she's often playing or eagerly watching too! When she's not wielding a paintbrush in her hand, shouting out down the side-line, waving her hand over marketing magic, or talking shop about property, you'll likely spot her walking and enjoying the North Shore beaches with friends and family.
